The gym had excellent equipment, but the valet service was slow.

The spacious King Suite provided a comfortable experience for our family with children. Enjoyed the kids-friendly breakfast featuring made-to-order omelets but wished for more variety beyond the pork sausages. However, housekeeping fell short, with rooms not properly serviced during our stay, which led us to request additional towels several times. A major concern arose when an unaccompanied guest entered our room, highlighting security issues that warrant attention.

The living area was spacious, and we hit up the local spots like the museum and a nearby park. The breakfast was decent, especially the omelette station. Definitely take advantage of valet parking for convenience!

We did face an issue with a leaking bathtub that caused a puddle in the washroom during our stay, which was quite inconvenient.

The room was super spacious and perfect for a 4-night stay. Loved the little fridge with a freezer! The bathroom was like a mini spa—so big and had a tub you could totally relax in. Great breakfast if you're feeling lazy. Only thing was the pool was kinda small, but it was peaceful since there weren't many kids around.

I booked the Executive King Suite for three nights. The view from the corner room blew me away. City skyline on one side and the waterfront on the other. Staff greeted me with a smile. They were attentive, especially at the bar. Loved the patio area with fire pits, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast every morning featured made-to-order omelets, which added a personal touch. The restaurant staff created a welcoming atmosphere. However, I had issues with cleanliness. The bathroom had long black hair on the floor and stains on the walls. I called twice for additional towels and received pool towels instead. Also, the noise from the A/C was distracting at night. Overall, the room could use some updates. Despite these concerns, the stay wasn't terrible. The awesome view and helpful staff made a big difference.
